In 2001, Suncoast was acquired by the Keller Group, plc. The Keller Group is a worldwide specialty contractor group, publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange (KLR.R). The Keller Group employs over 4,700 people working in 30 countries and specializes in ground improvements, refurbishing projects and, with the acquisition of Suncoast, post-tensioning systems.
