Suncoast's quality materials and vast expertise travel far and wide. Across the Americas, you can find the classic red Suncoast tendons in a diverse collection of construction projects.

Here we have assembled a library of projects that demonstrate the many varied applications of post-tensioning solutions.

	ACME Brick Plant Rehabilitation Suncoast Post-Tension, working in conjunction with sister company Hayward Baker, implement a solution to the settlement problems experienced at ACME Brickís manufacturing facility.
	Foxwood Casino The largest casino in the world expands its operation with a new hotel tower and partnership with MGM Grand.
	Maxwell Place A complex design with conventional reinforcements for a New Jersey mixed-use structure is simplified with a Suncoast post-tension design.
	Enclave Apartments The Enclave was initially planned as 9-inch and 12-inch conventional structural concrete slabs with pier caps, which would have required more concrete and reinforcement quantities. Using a 7-inch post-tensioned slab proved to be more economical and better suited for this application.
	Isle of Capri Casino As part of the devastation that hurricane Katrina caused to the Biloxi area, the Isle of Capri Casino, actually built on a barge, broke from its moorings and collided with the parking garage structure, which was built on solid ground.
	Falconhead Golf Course, Hole #17 - Austin, TX Post-tensioning was used in this project to acheive the unique design of this golf green.
	Four Seasons Hotel & Tower - Miami, FL Suncoast participates in the changing Miami skyline.
