Post-Tensioning Institute’s (PTI) annual Technical Conference held from April 30 to May 3 in Atlanta, Georgia, included a Project Awards Program, recognizing excellence in post-tensioning applications around the world in six categories.

The categories were Bridges; Buildings; Industrial/special applications; Parking structures; Repair, rehabilitation, and strengthening; and Slab-on-ground.

Amongst an abundance of entries, we are honored to announce two Suncoast projects selected as winners: 

  • Award of Excellence (Parking Structures): Miami Design District City View Garage 
  • Project of the Year: The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach, Phase 1
